All returns and/or exchanges must be initiated via our official contacts (listed on the website); Other contacts or parties could result in a delay in processing your return.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for return shipping except in specific cases.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Accidental purchases and changes of mind for Kago Holidays products are not eligible for returns and exchange.
  • For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept products that are already worn or used in the case of water bottles.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used to place the order.
  • Exchanges are only available when requesting a different size for the same product.
